On Saturday 30th Nov, children of Grades LKG & UKG were taken for a picnic to ‘Japanese Garden’ in Sector-31, Chandigarh. Bags packed with their favourite food items, the children looked super excited to go.
The fun started right from the time they boarded the buses and on reaching the destination (Japanese Garden), the children enthusiastically explored the alluring beauty of the garden. A team of 8 teachers, 3 helping staff and 2 bus drivers accompanied them. The day was well spent enjoying, eating and interacting with each other.
The visit to the garden was a memorable one and at the same time, the children got to see and know about the Japanese water bodies, pagoda towers, waterfalls, meditation centre, a Buddha idol and golden bamboos.
Other than a joyous day, it was a wonderful opportunity for children to strengthen their bonds and everyone came back fresh and rejuvenated with more energy and excitement.
